Browne Oil & Gas Services provides plumbing, heating, and gas services. Our services are delivered in accordance with these Terms and any specific agreements or quotes provided to you. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time.

3. Payments

Payments for our services are due as specified in your invoice. All payments must be made in full and on time. We accept bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and cash. Late payments may incur additional interest charges.

If you fail to make a payment on time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our maintenance care services until full payment is received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your service request within a reasonable time frame. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service appointment may incur a call-out fee. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Warranties

We provide parts & labor warranties for certain services and products as specified in your service agreement or invoice. These warranties are subject to the terms and conditions outlined therein. Please note that warranties do not cover misuse, damage caused by third-party adjustments, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

Browne Oil & Gas Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
